Dear Sir or Madam,
While I acknowledge your resolve that my account “was not accessed during the specified time,” I am trying to come to terms with myself as to when my account actually *was* accessed since I clearly remember logging into a character named “Kridler,” firing at General British, and receiving the “world will be ending soon, thanks for playing” message, at a time that was impossible for me to have been playing. Could you please tell me the times that my account was accessed between 17 October 2007 and 31 October 2007. |

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am confused as to why no record of my logging in with my account under the character name of “Kridler” using the beta-code “XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX” exists when I remember using that account to fire a few shots at General British while he was in Wilderness and remember getting the “World will be ending soon,” message. Which took place during the dates specified in your response. Would my logging out have affected my eligibility? |

| Dear Sir or Madam, I participated in the “Kill General British” end of beta event on Friday, October 26, 2007 from 10:00 PM to 11:59 PM Central Time, between 10/25 12:01 AM CDT - 10/26 11:59 PM CDT, under the character surname of “Kridler,” and I had the understanding that the new emote was implemented with the 29 November patch. However, I have not been able to find the emote in my bag. Thank you for your time and consideration. |
