Not right now. Not in the forseeable future. You don't need to worry. Medicare = healthcare for people ages 65 and older. No matter how hard they worked for their retirement, what happens when they retire and lose their health insurance? You and I don't qualify for private health insurance; why would they? And could they afford it? We couldn't. You have no reason to believe that a bunch of ill retirees are trying to steal your tax money.
